So you are not allowed to take "food" ie water in the last part of a stage, yesterday 2 riders clearly took a water bottle from their team/spectator and were handed time penalties. A frenchman won the stage and was also seen to take a bottle no action taken. This morning after complaints the Judges decided yes he was also guilty but rather than hand out the same time penalty which would have meant him losing the stage and his place in the leaderboard they decided to cancel the penalty on the other 2 riders.
And they say that football authorities are crooked!!!

In fairness the rules look a lot more fluid in cycling but yes it's b*llocks.
