If anyone is after a cheap rovers jersey, last season's are on classic football shirts for a tenner. And one of steve fosters away shirts.

Looking through there Genoa have some beautiful shirts, Norwich not so much!

Always liked Flamengo's red and black shirt. Used to have the 1992 Adidas one which I picked up in a sports shop sales in Leeds for a fiver. Lovely.

Thanks German,
I e-mailed the club shop about last season's away shirt for postage cost etc., but never got a reply, so this site made it nice and easy (and cheap).
Cheers, Rich

That's a great site - I'd love to find the 'Pilkington Glass' Rovers shirt from the mid 80's.

The clubs missing a trick- they could be selling remakes of past kits. Just start off small and see if they sell.

I can't see them selling to well. It's the old northern soul thing. Having the original is so much more desirable than having a remake

Who owns the copy right to the shirts, the club or the manufacturer?

Good question. I get the impression that the branding is owned by the club eg the club badge and logo's are generally owned by the club who licence it out to the manufacturer who makes the shirts. But, I may be wrong on that!

I'm not sure who owns it. You might be right German rover but the originals in wearable condition are like gold dust you just don't come across them unless you pay an inflated price on ebay. I used to get odd old one's at bootsales years ago whether you still can i don't know.

I don't know why anyone over the age of sixteen would wear a replica shirt to a game?

I've got a nice free press away shirt, white with the green and red waves, might put it on on Saturday if the sun's out
