As BB suggested I will do 2 entries one will be the most popular score predicted - so for Arsenal that is currently 2-0 and the other will be the "average" predicted by all the submissions - so for Arsenal that is currently 2-1

It is extremely unlikely we will win but please note I guarantee to cough up any winnings to all those who have entered  PROVIDING they have done so before 10pm tonight. Everything after that will have to be ignored

Well that went well ! I have entered 2 Lines now using the scores outline above. 24 People have entered and I have "my" 2 entries so we will say 25 shares of any money won !

Here is a summary of what 24 people came up with :

Arsenal had 8 votes for 2-0 with 2-1 well behind
However on Average lots of the others though they would concede - even 3 goals so on average the score produced was 2-1

Brighton v WBA

6 People went for 1-1 and 6 people went for 1-2 so that ended up tied and because the average score produced 1-2 I used 1-1 on one line and 1-2 on the second line

Everton Spurs was less messy with 9 opting for 1-1 and the average conveniently came up 1-1

Leicester Chelsea had 0-2 voted for by 7 people and overall the average was 1-2

Southampton Watford

Again less messy with the favourite score was 2-1 and the average also was 2-1

Sunderland Blades

What a mish mash that one is !!! Name a score and its been predicted  ranging from 3-1 and 3-2 to the Black Cats to 1-4 to the Blades. So the most popular score with only 5 votes was 1-1 and an average of 2-1

So you can extract for yourselves - most popular scores went on one line and average scores on a second line !

In the unlikely event I do this again I will have to produce a more user friendly Spreadsheet !

Amazingly (I think) is that nobody in our 24 has all 6 scores in their original predictions - the highest is 2 people who have 4 agrees on actual scores and someone has none of the 6 most popular scores ! What is clear that it has done what we set out to do and "Perm" a lot of peoples thoughts so I suppose we have the best of the best. I suspect it is what others are doing across the Nation but they must have a better Spreadsheet than I contrived and they will still be vulnerable to a Leicester 4 Chelsea 4 result !

As for my birdbrain idea - getting a collective view with a view to it being better ? Well 24 people submitted scores for each game and we got 4 Points for 2 right results and on entry and the other got 7 Points for 1+1 (what a disaster)
