Someone had to hand over 30m quid to build the stadium in the first place. Getting DMBC to do this was a massive achievement. Taking the lease on a pretty much permanent basis is of course great news, but surely getting the bugger built was most crucial? Either way efforts of all folk have made us secure for life errrrr unless a little known overseas hedge fund makes an attractive offer.
