The players on loan that we have ???
« on December 17, 2017, 04:49:38 am by Draytonian III »
When are loans up , at the end of the season or at the of the calendar year ?
Because I would send two of them back at the first opportunity, Kongolo and Whiteman

They are all up for review in January. I am inclined to agree- Houghton is the only one I'd keep and I'd want to get better in.

Ferguson has already said he wants to keep all three.
Whatever anyone sees in Kongolo is totally beyond me. And to bring him on yesterday and take off Whiteman was one of the worst substitutions I've ever seen

Whiteman needs to be used in the copps role, not on the right or anchoring midfield. But hey lets not question our master tactician.

I’d let them all go back except Houghton. We need some experienced heads but I don’t think Ferguson likes them.

Kongolo looks quite good when he has the ball (which is a fraction of the game for any one player), and has been involved in a few of our goals. Without the ball however, he's a liability.

I can't make my mind up on Whiteman. Never seems to stand out much, but him and Rowe seem like the only ones capable of getting a goal from midfield.

Second only to bringing John Ryan on at Hereford !

I tend to agree with comments above. The only thing with kongola is Man City don’t keep sxxt players.   I’d like to see him get a couple of starts to really assess him.  I’ve seen little bits of quality when he’s come on albeit more sxxt than quality

Phil, you could say exactly the same about Whiteman. Off the top of my head, he has had 3 decent games and that's about it. He was shocking first half yesterday and didn't get much better 2nd half. Trouble is, the manager has nothing to replace him with on the bench. This was proven when Dave came on and it was either him or Longbottom!

At least one of the loanees is going back, as Toffolo hasn't really done us any favours. Shame about his injury but.......

2 FB's & 2 midfielders minm urgently reqd asap.

The loans aren't the problem, the manager is the problem I'd get rid of him.

Beginning of the season the majority of people expected midtable this season, therefore they were happy with midtable

We're currently 3 points off midtable,
It's like what's been said before, people are happy with the notion of midtable but aren't happy with the process of achieving it

If I remember correctly wolf, the game was won when JR came on at Hereford 😊

Yes I am sure you are right - and I agree with what you posted - Saturdays substitution was rally baffling - and unless Whiteman was injured he should have stayed on
