Prague Stag Do

Anyone been to Prague on a stag do before? Any tips for best bars/clubs/activities. Places to avoid..

Not many "bites" so far. Theres lots of stuff on here if you search Prague - but it is a bit dated probably !

Not been for a few years but would suggest avoiding the main square as it is very expensive - get down the back streets and you'll drink for a fraction of the prices.

Just been through there, 'authentic' food and beer try The Two Cats restaurant. Good for lunch.

Pork knuckles, dumplings, goulash etc, lager and black beer.

Same food as the 2 Cats but is more of a drinking/food type beer hall and a bit more expensive, black beer only. You may have to queue, avoid the aperitifs they push its just warm Cinzano Bianco/red and it's not complimentary. when you pay they really try to get you to add 10% service to the bill, the service is, you want beer-slam, you want food-slam-you want more?

Forget drinking any wine anywhere.

The sight-seeing is good.

You'll enjoy it.

How is the pick pocketing and small time thieving "epedemic" going ?

It was rampant when we were there !

It was rampant when we were there !

We travel a so are always aware, it's pretty much off season so the only busy place was the bridge to the castle so thetre wasn't a lot of opportunities to try.

Haha. It’s exactly how I feel about the place.

I’ll tell a story about when I went once. I’d been working away and planned on going home to get my stuff ready but I didn’t have time. I had my passport with me so went straight to the airport with a couple of pairs of pants and a toothbrush in an ASDA carrier bag. I also only had £40 to my name for 3 nights away. I ended up coming home with £600, some new clothes and a new suitcase. I went straight to the casino when I got there and spunt the £40 up into about £1200. Jackpot!!

That club was amazing. Or the Mojitos were, lovely blonde muddling my limes. On the way back to our apartment got offered sex with a midget Granny. There really is something for everyone.
