The EFL have just signed a £595 million 5 year deal. A top championship spokesman has said it was undersold and they have just started a war. I will leave you to imagine which clubs are meeting to discuss their stance, the greedy barstewards will want it all for themselves.

What makes them think that breaking away will do for them. Tell them to flock off as should the TV company's if they do and get no entry in to any of the cup competition's or anything

I do not know much about this,But what gets my back up,is when the press make these statements and then claim an anonymous person,I.E. in this case a "top championship spokesman",for all we know,it could be the reporters own opinion/guess.Yes I know it looks like trouble/arguments are very possible,But the wording "They have just started a war" could be fake news? They do all the time, someone said, eyewitness says, someone high up says,Etc
As regards the greedy clubs,if they want to breakaway, let them, there will be no need for unfair massive parachute payments to relegated clubs from Prem anymore,It should probably drop down to the clubs relegated from Prem 2 to league one or whatever will be next down ladder.
