I would expect so. I can't bend it so I think it's torn meniscus or ligaments. Went on the stairs yesterday. The thing is, it's my good leg!

It may response to arthroscopy in that there is probably debris in the joint which has caused it to lock. Long term it will probably mean a knee replacement.

I injured mine a few months ago mate.
I was in severe pain for a few days but gradually it wore off.
I am seeing a surgeon tomorrow about it, he says it will just involve a keyhole job to shave off the torn piece of ligament.

HE SAYS..... should be ok to get back to playing in four to six weeks.
