Game v Pegasus

 A while ago  , a mention was made of a game against the amateur side Pegasus and I've just come across a record  in a club handbook .
The game was on 27th August 1966 and Rovers won 12-1 with Geoff Long scoring 4

Must get a life !!!

I'm still trying to get a programme from that game. If anyone happens to have one, I'd be very very interested.

Thought that date we beat  Torquay United 2-1 (League .. Division Three).. According to this site

That Torquay game was on that date.

 Both games recorded for the same day , Pegasus Game was played away , looks like it was a youth team maybe , included a teenage Alan Warboys and others from the North Regional League team along with first teamer Keith Lindsey

Yes it was I who asked the question as I had also seen the score and the date (but couldn't remember where). Glad I was right beginning to think I had dreamed it. I think Dutch and the RB also were looking into it but nothing materialised.  Same reason, was looking at obtaining the programme. Doubt whether any of us will ever see one.
