I'm one of his defenders and normally I don't make threads slating players, but Jesus wept he had a shocker today. Seemed like everything he did went wrong. We need to get someone else on corners, too.

I don’t understand what the parameters are for the word “ perseverance “

If something like Set Pieces are continuously not working as intended, then surely it makes sense to work on something different...... confused !

What I'd do for a David Cotterill on set pieces.

Can't understand how professional footballer's can't take a corner, fair enough the odd 1 might not be great but many struggle to beat the 1st man.

Crawford took a fair few corners v Palace. Crap first half. Better second .

He had a shocker today. Fast asleep at their goal. Frequently lost possession in the second half. And his corners...Jesus, I could swing my knob at the ball and be more accurate.

That was my point last week he’s normally steadyish but I think it’s our weakest position and we need for him to take it to the next level or someone who can

The post someone made after the Palace game about JOC and Gareth Roberts vs our current fullbacks seems just as valid today. Blair does well as an advanced full back when his midfield role takes over but on the whole I think we need to improve on both sides.

Lets be honest the way we've played most of the season we've no players who really deserve to be slated. What i'm trying to say is he's no Wabara or Evina so it's quite refreshing that he's the "weak" point in our team.

However Andrews is probably making GM think about signing a left back in the summer whatever division we are in if he can't find some consistency. I thought he was decent against palace against a good winger (set plays excluded) but then today he's poor so it is a consistency issue rather than ability.

Sums it up quite well I think. One area he is consistent with is his corners - they're consistently shite! To the point where I get worried when I see him taking them because there's a decent chance it'll end up with us being caught on the break.

I do rate him otherwise, and think he has a decent brain and is strong when he gets going down the left. That's what makes it so frustrating when he turns a performance in like today.

I’ve said it week after week, our team has improved around him and he stands out as a bit of a weak link.

He did spend the whole of last season injured and i've always felt with those long term injuries that it takes a full season of playing to truly put it behind you. Hopefully his improvement is to come.

He'll not be first choice next season, probably thats what's on his mind as there's something troubling him and it's affecting him badly.
They targeted Blair today, every ball was aimed at his direction. Can't recall him winning one header. Wonder why McCann didn't play the young full back.

Mason dependent the biggest two positions we will need to improve for next season are the full backs. Andrew is just very average and think we can find better. He’d get slaughtered in the championship

He didn't get 'slaughtered' by Andros Townsend so why should Championship wingers fare any better?

Maybe that's what Danny had on his mind Andy.  He made damned sure he beat the first man with two of his corners today.
