Thing is, if the bar didn’t open till 10:30 you could guarantee somebody would moan on here that it only leaves less than two hours for supporters to drink and ultimately spend money that goes into the club... people would say it is a missed opportunity and I would probably agree.
The club are damned if they do and damned if they don’t.

Why on earth would want to have a drink at 9:00 on a Sunday morning before a match, I’m far from anti drinking because I dare say I’ve drunk more than most of the people who post on here, but 9:00  !!!!

BVB normally opens at noon for 3pm kick offs.

That's 3 hours before. This is 2 hours 45 mins before the 12.15ko, plus I dare say most folk will want to be in their seat for 12.

Don't see what the problem is. No one is forcing anyone to be there at 9.30.

And they do serve soft drinks too.

I can only decipher that this is a joke thread, people who are old enough to drink can drink when they damn well please, if they want to drink at 9 am they will find a way wether it’s a Wetherspoons or the BVB, as long as they make more than what they’re paying the bar staff an hour then surely it’s worth it?
