Wonder if he’s done this just to ensure that he remains in work... he could easily hang around and then a new manager come in with his back room team and be replaced so probably sensible.

Been here a long time though so thanks Ben and good luck, some of the roles in the club such as Bens do get overlooked by us all at times I’m sure!
