Yes, sound was garbled for a large period of the game. And we had a bit of downtime I think while they reset. But a couple of things I’ve noticed improving on last season.

In game action replays. Nice addition. Also, highlights and full game already up. Impressed with that.

I cancelled IF last season when the last straw was when the commentary packed in every time we scored.

Until they offer compensation when this happens I will not be re-joining or they provide a service which works 100% as it should be.

This week is another example of a poor service by all accounts.

All overseas fans must be delighted .We get to see every single game home and away ...and are able to re run every previous game anytime throughout the season .I seriously recommend you emigrate Esdaille .

I canned my membership after a few games last season following too many problems and got money back for the games I didn't watch, are you saying you don't need to stay up to activate the game and still watch the replay in the morning? how soon is the replay available following the end of the game? I think the final straw for me was having to wait for 24hrs after the game ended before being allowed to watch it which of course by that time I had seen all the scores. Apologies for all the questions Kiwi.

I had problems with the sound the whole match. Was listening on my iPad. Sounded like the commentators were in a helicopter.
In the end I muted it and put the Ashes on.

Great addition of the instant replays. More than happy with my subscription, my missus isn't!

I can't answer most of them Sydney. I buy a season pass, so I've never had to activate a game. Dunno how that works.

At the moment I stay up till 4am on Saturday to watch live. Which at my age pretty much writes Sunday off. The full replays have never worked properly for me, the videos just don't play properly. That seems to be fixed now.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to wake up Sunday morning and watch the replay straight away.
They'd have to get the video up in 4 or 5 hours. But I can't see why that isn't doable.

That's exactly what I'm after but after trying a season pass and on a per-game basis I couldn't access the replay at all. I can do the late night or early morning occasionally for a special game but not on a regular basis. I will ask again to see if anything has change and post it up, thanks Kiwi.

Hi Kiwi, it appears the replay is available at 1pm UK time the next day after the match which means I can't read or look at the results for the other teams as I will see DR, the replay is not available on a per game basis. thanks SR

I didn't even know overseas subscribers could buy game by game. But tbh for the price I pay, if I only watch half the games live, it's still a cracking bargain.

Hi Brendan,
Like you I'm usually up till 4am on Sunday mornings and lose most of the following day. Gets worse later in the season when the clocks change and 4am becomes the kick off time! Apart from the odd sound glitch I agree it's an absolute godsend to us exiles. When I first came over here I had to wait until I got the paper on Monday morning to find out the result and half the time they only gave the Premiership scores. What a nightmare that was. Thank God for technology.
