As the EFL has not officially postponed the game, that being a decision taken by Bolton alone, do Rovers still turn up at Bolton? If so when will the EFL have the backbone to work out what happens?

Someone posted on here that the team will not be travelling to Bolton tonight.

It wouldn't surprise me if the EFL fine us for not turning up to a fixture they haven't officially postponed.

So if the team don't travel to Bolton, but the Bolton team turns up because the EFL haven't officially postponed it, would Rovers then be at fault?...

I don't know the answer, but that's a fair question. It would get the EFL out of the mess they've found themselves in!

At which point let's see who has the most expensive lawyers, and it will not be us.

Mentioned this on the other thread. We're just sort of left to assume the game is off even though the only person who's definitively said it is is Hoden. The EFL - the only ones who can say whether a game's on or off with any authority - have said knacker all about it, as much use as tits on a fish.

People talk as though our club is stupid. Do people honestly think we won't have liaised with the EFL to find out where we stand tonight?

It's showing on the EFL official website, on the fixtures page as PP

Some people on here really want to post and debate us not turning up and being fined for not doing so, wow really!?

I for one from what little I know expect us to get all three points, end of subject.

Exactly right Steve. Neither the club, nor the EFL despite everybody's opinion, are mugs. Communication has been had, it's now a question of finding a resolution.

But no official communication has been issued yet by the EFL? I'm right in saying that aren't I? Who has the authority to "officially" postpone a match?
