That deadline countdown is a disgrace. They should be ashamed(I know they won’t be).

I wish it had been Rotherham. Instead, it's us, falling behind other teams again.

Don't worry SS, it looks like the rest of the teams will let us catch them up over the season, its better than having to play them over Christmas or the last game of the season.
Imagine a club 1 point in front, and in the playoff position, and no game the last day of the season, or losing the financial gain of a home boxing day fixture cancelled. At least we have dodged that bullet.

How will the League pan out with relegation as four go down and similar go up  . If only two go down but four go up that still leaves two missing in L2 . It would not be fair to promoted clubs if THEY were penalised with only two getting promoted . Not with standing the loss of income from loosing 4 x 2 games for each of the L1 clubs which runs into 10s of £000 that every club in L1 will loose in revenue this season on top of the points loss .

in terms of having games cancelled and us playing catch up it not quite right. if Bury go altogether we'll probably catch a few others up who have played and beat them. With Bolton it's a bit of a joke we haven't been awarded the points yet

[/quote. It’s ultimately about money ie no match NO income . They loose we all loose .

In that case there would be no relegation from L2.

Can't find it now but the EFL already have plans in place for what will happen if one or both go.

They feed the fat overblown gluttons of the Premiership and seek to make insensitive entertainment out of the  demise of our lower league clubs .
In ten years time this country’s pyramid will look like the French ,Italian and Spanish ones do today ..if we continue to praise these false idols of the game in England.

Absolutely spot on.

Outside of the DRFC bubble I absolutely loathe football these days.
