  Flynn Downs who has come through their academy system,a midfield player who can pick a pass, and Kane Vincent-Young a wing back they picked up from Colchester for a fee that was undisclosed after being released by Spurs academy starting again and forging a first team career at Colchester.
  Much the same career path as two of our stand out players at Ipswich Whiteman and Halliday, showing that with the right contacts, patience, a manager willing to back his judgement good teams can be built without spending millions.
