Sedwards, are you suggesting that the players should ignore what the manager wants them to do?

I'm saying once the whistle is blown it's more in the players hands than the managers and they should get a feel for what's not working, it was obvious to everyone else, and change accordingly. I used to play centre half and full back and we used to try play out but some games where the opposition are on it and quick we'd just play percentages from restarts, especially early in the game, then play nice football when the game opens up. It's game management and i'd think any manager would like their team to show it.
