I've just read your comments to Sunderland fans in "This is futbol". You say "we fold badly whenever the TV cameras are on us".

In that case, I must have dreamed about that performance at Charlton last year.

Another case of a self appointed ambassador unschooled in the art .

I think sky must have forgotten that we beat the "champions of europe" in the play off final, because despite re-runs of play off finals i have never seen a yet seen our game

Or the semi final second leg which is by far and away better than any they do show

A point very well made scawsby, well done, spot on!

Another poster who's fond of the general sweeping ill thought out comments.

Never even mind those big games. Off the top of my head I remember us beating Sheffield United on the tele at home, Blackburn under Paul Dickov. Going back a ways we thrashed Dagenham 5-1 on the tele in the Conference days.

Huddersfield at home, Yeovil at home, Portsmouth at home. The list goes on and on. The worse results have usually been in the North East.

Oh, wait a minute.

This is almost an entirely new team and manager going into tonight’s game, so what has gone before is almost completely irrelevant. As highlighted further up, those that remain from the Charlton away leg in front of the cameras are responsible for putting in one of the proudest performances I’ve ever seen from a Rovers team.

On to tonight, it’s going to be a tough one irrespective of cameras!

It could well have been but it was a shocker and somehow we pulled it out. I think it only stays in my mind for the Rob Jones interview!

Yes Baz. The interviewer said "You must be pleased with an away point". Rob replied "No; not good enough".

What a great leader the guy was.

Maybe young Shawy is using a little subterfuge, lulling the enemy into thinking we are a wounded team there for the taking.....

Well we've definitely not 'folded' first half.
Don't look like scoring though...
