Change in Box Office hours
« on January 31, 2020, 07:01:35 pm by silent majority »
Just thought I'd make you aware of the following changes.

There will be a change to the Club Doncaster Box Office opening hours starting on February 1.

On non-matchday Saturdays, the Club Doncaster Box Office will be closed but supporters can purchase and collect tickets in person from the Club Store between 10am and 4pm.

This means increased hours on non-matchday Saturdays for supporters to purchase and collect tickets in person. Please note, there will be no phone sales from the Club Store.

Club Doncaster Box Office hours are now as follows:

Monday to Wednesday: 9am- 4.30pm
Thursday: 9am-7pm
Friday: 9am-4pm
Non-match Saturdays: Closed*
Matchday Saturdays/weekdays: 9am-Kick-off
Sunday: closed
Matchday Sunday: 12noon-kick-off

* Tickets can be purchased and collected from the Club Store between 10am-4pm.

There's only one real change, and that's the Box Office being closed on non-match Saturdays.

Why not open for an hour after home games to allow people, especially people who travel fair distances to buy/pick up tickets for upcoming games. I know they could go before the game but sometimes the queues are long.

That's not a bad idea, that would get a few extras who'd seen a decent performance and fancied it again, rather than the enthusiasm wane after 2 weeks.
