Watching the iFollow footage again, the image isn't clear enough to be able to see categorically that it was a shirt pull.

But it happened right in front of me and there WAS a clear pull on the shirt, inside the box. Stone cold penalty and it is appalling bad by the officials to have missed it.

I was sat in the south stand and the entire Rovers bench jumped up. Says it all. Pen all day long.

It WAS a clear pull back on Halliday and he fell because of it. It was as clear a Penalty as Ozturk on Andy Butler at Sunderland last Season

The Lino had a great view and he should have given it

However as I have posted previously (maybe on this Thread) IF the Ref had instructed the Linos not to intefere then he has made a CRASS error of judgement and I presume he will make more in the future because he physically cannot see round corners and that leads to fans Teams and Clubs being cheated
