Brad Halliday; has been tremendous of late - really good & getting better, plus doesn’t get the accolades his performances warrant - can’t remember many players in their first year having such a good one

Noticed him first game and couldnt be inpressed as my late Dads rule has to kick in. "Dont judge a man on one appearance"

However I judged him the second time I saw him as "will be a good un for us" and I have not been disappointed and as you say still improving

Not according to the group I refer to as “The Halliday haters” who sit near me in the south stand.
They slag him off from the first minute to the last, even suggesting that our players won’t give him the ball because they can see that they don’t trust him with it.

Isnt he the only player who has played every minute of the league season so far.

For me, early doors, he was too narrow, allowing the left winger far too much freedom,  he's learnt from that quickly. His positioning is good, and hes an asset going forwards. Whats not to like..

Thank God I can't hear those muppets from my vantage point! I really do wonder what some people see at games.

I presume these people decided Halliday was rubbish from his first few tentative performances and so have decided that's that, they won't even bother giving him a chance.

Halliday has been really good, keeps getting better as the season wears on and looks a really good player. The statistical lists pretty much all have him as one of the top performing defenders in League One this season.

A group behind us on Saturday shouting the usual shoot in the lead up to goal 1 (about 50 yards out from goal). Some.people just do not understand football.

Probably the same T---s who gave the same treatment to Enda Stevens and look which league he is playing in now! Sometimes i'm ashamed of our fans.

Agree about Halliday, he has been great, and also most of the defence Anderson, Wright apart from Gillingham in the cup, and James and Dieng have been very consistent. but others have had very few bad performances individually.

He is reliable, and had some nice touches on Saturday, but like everybody he does have the odd lapse. I think the most reliable of all in our defence has to be Tom Anderson. Hardly misses a beat every match.

He really has grown into the time. Very consistent. A proper right back.

He was probably a bit unsure at first. A new team and manager plus a level higher. He certainly seems well settled now though.

He is excellent. What i call a proper full back.

Best right back since Jimmy O’Connor.

I wish that Ben Whiteman would shoot for goal more often because he has the ability to do so and he has proven it in the past.
