When we played them last season. One player stood out to me at the time, Ethan Galbraith, the way he was dictating the play for them was unbelievable.

Was he the lad who scored the volley?
Hardly knew Mason Greenwood was on the pitch, done a bit since eh?

Was it the under 21s or the under 23s that Huddersfield played

We both played the U23s.

It's interesting to note that both DROS and Manchester Evening News say it was the under 23s, but the DFP say under 21s.

We all know the p*ss poor reporting of the DFP, but to be honest, the only name I've heard of before is Garner.

Whoever was playing for a Man U you would expect them to be talented players.
That is a good result for us and in no way should it be underestimated.

I don’t know about that, Gary Woods & Reece Brown played for us having been schooled at Man Utd and not sure about their “talent”! These clubs hoover up young players, the majority of them won’t make it at football league level, let alone the top.

Always good to get a win and score a few goals but in the way same way that I wouldn’t really be fussed if we lost 5-0 I’m not going to celebrate a big friendly win.

The average age of the Manchester team was 19. Ages ranged from 23 (Carney) through to 17 (Fish and Mejbri)...
The average age of the Doncaster Rovers team (excluding trialists) was 24. Ages ranged from 39 (Copps) through to 18 (Hasani).... although it goes down to 23 if you take Copps out of the equation..... ;)

I would say that the DFP Rovers reporting is pretty good.
Liam has the trust of the club and mainly reports what they've agreed. He is also fairly amusing in the way that he deals with the Social media clowns.
How would you improve it Vicar?
