Listening in LA. Rather remote in a canyon. But no issues :)

Always enjoy Glen's commentaries and comments. Much more listenable than Mickey Walker for me.

It’s a low bar, but I’ll take it. Cheers.

It’s very frustrating for our fans who pay and then have problems with buffering etc I can sympathise with them. I would reinforce other posters on here who would encourage fans not to give up trying to view games as it ultimately helps our club.
I’m very lucky obviously as I have watched every game so far with no issues, perfect HD picture and excellent commentary on my iPad. I’ve had the occasional sound distortion but they sorted that. IFollow is in my opinion a very good service and one that is invaluable in these current circumstances. Don’t give up trying to watch the rovers. I hope all those who are having difficulties get them resolved, good luck.

The buffering will be due to slow bband speeds, I had it all the time when we had crap speeds and multiple users were on the wifi

I've never had a problem with buffering, just the last two or three away matches the video hasn't loaded at all. I've tried Chrome and Edge and end up spending half an hour or more trying to get it to work. Logging in, logging out. Audio only feed perfect, phone app perfect but just not loading the video. I've emailed ifollow to try to get to try and resolve the issue but never had more than a holding reply.

When it works I think the service is great and well worth the £10 fee but when it isn't working as it should its very disappointing.

I'll try the Firefox browser on Tuesday as suggested above.

A few things that might help:

1. Video is a very computer intensive process and uses up a lot of resources. Close down all other programs that might be running in the background.

2. Check that you browser and Windows are up,to date.

3. When Chrome/Firefox/MS Edge are running, ensure that only 1 tab is running. Background tabs still use up memory.

4. Clear out all the clutter on your pc with CCleaner.

5. Check your line speed with SpeedTest.

6. Have you got an old router that cannot handle fast downloads?

7. Have you got an old PC that has a less powerful chip and video chip?

8. Log on early, the feed starts well before kick off. Once it’s running, don’t start running some other program whilst you wait for the match to start.

9. I used to have BT broadband with around 11Mb/S speed, and a 7 year old PC. Did have the odd problem last season. Now have fibre broadband and a new PC. No problems at all this season.

10. It also works perfectly on my iPad, this season. Did have The odd buffering issue before I got full fibre.

11. Sorry, Have no experience with any of the android tablets.

I suspect, it’s a line speed issue; an old router, or an older PC, Or combination of all 3.

Hope you get it sorted, as it’s a great service.

In the sticky at the top of this page there's a list of browsers along with the combination of OS's that have been tested.

The first few games worked fine, the last two haven't and i've had server errors which means it is an issue with the Ifollow end. I've had contacted their help team several occasions with no response.

I'm not wasting my money any further.

Buffering can also be caused by the server being overloaded.

A good suggestion is to also unplug your router for 15 minutes before you want to want the game also clear out the cache on your browser.

As a Wanderers fan my problem is I AM getting pictures!! 😟

Seriously though I’ve had no problem with pictures on my laptop but I can’t get any sound, which I find strange as I get sound with videos and YouTube. I also have no problem on my iPad, I can get both. I might try Firefox too though I doubt it will help.

If I don't use my code does that save Rovers a tenner?
