Copps has never really been a front player - he does his best work tucked in behind

3-5-2 would suit us now with wingers injured

He did OK on the left under McCann.

I would agree with that except I’d go with Robertson instead of Richards. Could also go with a 352 which has been mentioned and would maybe work out well with the wingers we have injured so halliday and James could play as wing backs and Copps in his preferred number 10 position. Whatever we do tomorrow something needs to change otherwise we will get beat again.

I would favour any of these formations as long as it has a 2 at the end and we actually play two strikers.   We just haven’t looked like scoring in the past few weeks with only one up front.  When we play 4-2-3-1, we never get enough men in the box to be a threat.

I'd go with 633. Attack one at a time. They won't know what'll hit them.

We’re going to have to get Peter Heritage back.

More like 4-3-2-1 with Bogle at the top of the Xmas tree.

                                                                             Jones
                                             wright                anderson            john
    halliday                                                                                                       james
                                             bostock                                smith
                                                                       copps
                                               bogal               fej

This team would win tomorrow in my opp , control the midfield and have a min of 3 men in the box on every attack
wingback would have cover from wright or john depends the side off the oppersition attack
such an underrated formation if used correctly

The more I'm seeing Copps the more I think he cant be in that wide position anymore. I think it has to be him or Richard's in that central role.
Also I wouldn't play Wright, Anderson and John all together starting because I dont feel we have the sufficient cover should one gets injured. They are now the only 3 centre halves we have capable of starting so we arent in a position to start them all.

Horton is a centerback.

His main position is left back.
