« on April 10, 2021, 05:51:21 pm by anton123 »
Get them in at 5am for a 10 mile run , then over to the keepmoat litter picking and cleaning the seats ect TIL 5 pm , let them know what a 12 hour shift feels like and how lucky they are to be pro footballers and if they put same effort in tues same again Wednesday they will soon learn

They need the mother of all bollockings, if they are not going to show some desire in games they don’t deserve a day off

I agree with some of that. I would definitely have them in for extra training tomorrow! They need to earn a day off in my opinion and at the moment they aren’t earning one.

Give them a few days off. Pat them on the back. Make sure they are okay. Cuddle them.

2021 for you.

It’s about time they brought in performance related pay for footballers. The team today would be owing the club money.

Confidence was already lacking tonight it will be rock bottom.

I don't think they will need a bollocking.

i think they do need someone with a plan to tell them exactly what they are going to do next. It needs someone to inspire belief and breed confidence.

And making them do a 10 mile run at 5am in the morning followed by litter picking isn’t going  to make them better players either

It’s about making them better people , they are already good players or they would not be pro footballers

100 lines of what though? I don't think the old Peruvian Marching Powder would have helped today, or "doing a Bosnich" as it's now known.

There is no responsibility in large parts of football. Players get paid (very well) no matter what. They are never really held accountable. It’s probably a good job there are no fans allowed in at the moment. There would be pelters.
Even the most die  hard west stander would struggle not to spoil their manners with this, and there be a few upset in the East stand prawn sandwich brigade with the current offering.

More Peter Reid than Bielsa if you ask me.
