Been trying all day to get through to order tickets for Pammy and me as carerfor wednesday .....it just goes to Answer phone.............surely someone must realise ....hey why no calls for tickets today?

Same here I have been trying Friday and today with no luck

Have you tried the reception or one of the other numbers?
Someone answering one of the other extensions would then be aware of the problem and look into it.

Tried all lines .....they either go to voice or leave message .and on 1 occasion phone was cut off by sounded like phone pick up and put back down and of course as pammy disabled supporter i cant order on line

just an update ......I had an e-mail from Clare who said to try at 9am.

I have since been on the Donny site and used Pammys sign in we used originally for I follow and it opened up a list of things to do to get the correct procedure to change the monetary values in the basket and allot the seating accordingly for me and Pammy....... also to collect the tickets on the night...so alls well........
