Both these preseason Friendlies are postponed due to U18 players isolating

The way things are going with this f*cking virus, postponements are going to be happening all the time this coming season.

In fact, I can't see us getting through a full season.

A fat lot of good the vaccines are doing.

The vaccines were designed to keep the death rate down as low as possible and it’s working to an extent not to make sure an u18 fixture with Thorne colliery can go ahead

We have just got through a full season, haven't we?

The vaccines are not magically going to stop Covid existing. What they are proving to be doing however is reducing the level of illness and cutting the ease of transmission, which will eventually see us out of this nightmare.

I imagine that the under 18s will all be ones that haven’t yet had the vaccine or at the most only one jab. It goes to show that it certainly isn’t going away quickly.
