« on October 28, 2021, 09:32:41 pm by RTID_Peter »
Made a last minute decision to go to Charlton on saturday but can not get the 25% off on LNER website, I'ved tried my dna card number and season ticket number to no avail.  :headbang: Any ideas?

Its quite confusing, you have to use the last 12 digits of the DNA card number on the back of the season card, and it has to be on a LNER train not any of them that come up

Yeah, its just my lack of train knowledge on that one… I forgot to use my eyes and look for the little LNER logo, just jumped for the cheapest!

I booked a train using the discount yesterday. Enter the DNA numbers minus the first 4 digits.

No good to me, Wolfie, I've lent my Scawsby Steve mask out for Halloween this weekend.

No but go for the Senior Railcard price. It will be cheaper.

I had the same problem. Jon Warburton at the club was brilliant and he sorted it for me.

When I become old enough for a Senior Railcard, Wolfie, could you ask for me as well?
