Odds for the shrews game.

Rovers currently 2/1 for the win
Shrews 5/4
9/4 the draw.

This would have been an easy bet had the second half panned out like the first last night .
Shrews have a tough away game at Wigan tonight so a day less to prepare and rest. Plus they are struggling themselves.
In a change of tack, I think there could be some value in rovers for this at double your money odds.
If bogle is played from the outset until he has to come off, I can genuinely see us getting something out of this. Tell cukur to stay at home please.
The draw is tempting, but I shy away from draws.
So it’s a home win for me.
Get in early though. If shrews get beat tonight, the odds will change for sure.

Any prognosis on Ben Close? Add him and Olowu to the starting 11 as well as Dodoo and Hiwula playing from the start, that’s a much stronger line up.

Draw might be a good bet. 0-0 at 9/1 with Skybet?

Shrews haven't won away yet in the league and have scored just 5 away which is joint second worst with Burton. Obviously we are the worst.

We are shit in attack and so are Shrewsbury so a 0-0 maybe?

It wouldn't be good enough if it was a 0-0 as we need a win.

If we can't beat a side at home who haven't won away yet then i'll be reaching for the towel.

I did not think rovers were “shit in attack” last night as you put it.
The team interplay leading to the equaliser was good.
Bogle lit a spark when he came on.
There will be a goal or two come Saturday teatime.

I didn't say shit in attack last night. I said shit in attack. To generalize.

Last night we were poor in attack. Mostly this season we've been shit in attack. As our goals for record would attest to.

Would really appreciate less of the easy, lazy slurs such as “s**t”, “s****e” etc - what does eg “..s**t in attack” actually mean?

Instead would welcome some considered analysis / detail / facts to raise the level of debate above that of other forums, for example.

(NB: my asterisks as there may be children reading)

People are entitled to express themselves how they see fit. You don't get to dictate.

Although with regards to your last sentence in brackets, this is a fair point and i wasn't aware that kids generally read this forum as i thought they all used farcebook etc. Yes, perhaps my casual use of expletives should be reined in a bit in light of this.

Thanks for pointing this out.
