He’ll get some time on the pitch which is the main thing, like any sport what ever the standard playing in actual matches is 10 times more-beneficial that just training .

Hope he does well. He's completely unsuited to the rigours of professional football at the moment and needs to gain some physicality about him and bulk up a bit if possible. Not his fault but i am amazed, even with injuries that he got anywhere near our first team this season. Best of luck at Mickleover.

Is this the club run by Ricky Ravenhill and John McGrath? Didn't he go there a year or so ago?

Yes. McGrath is the manager and Ricky is the assistant.

It looks like a well run non league club. He needs regular games and a chance to build the confidence to make a go of it with us. Good luck to him.
