Club's "Engagement with Supporters" venture
« on July 24, 2022, 12:01:41 pm by ForsolongaRover »
Announced through an email yesterday this seems an initiative in parallel with the "Shadow Board" and the VSC itself. Is this overkill or will it fulfil a useful function? It seems that it will be limited to 500 participants with Paypal rewards which I am not sure is a necessary incentive.

Why would it be overkill? Gathering 500 folks opinions on lots of things is valuable feedback, hopefully from a good wide ranging cross section of folks.

Whether the incentives tickle your fancy or not, it's worthwhile just to have the opportunity to provide your opinion. If you like any of the rewards then that's a bonus.

I would imagine, this feedback will compliment the existing avenues we gather opinions and will be fed through to the Supporters Board to chew on and digest.

It won’t accept fans outside U.K. so that puts several of us on here out .

I had difficulty registering because their system thought I was on a VPN when I wasn't. At first I tried to sort the problem through a chat function on their website that claimed to respond within two minutes but didn't. Then I emailed and got an automated response. By this time I was getting somewhat pickled off, seeing i was only doing this to help out. To be fair, once they did respond, they were good at sorting it and I've responded to a couple of surveys. So if any changes around ground are really shit, it's probably my fault!
