M18 Closure?

Just heard on the radio this morning that the M18 is closed today on BOTH sides between Bramley and A1 junction for barrier repairs.

Could pose a few traffic problems for some fans.

I usually come off motorway at Bramley to pick mates up from Parkgate before heading through Conisbrough and to ground via Wadworth so hopefully be ok with that. I'll maybe get off earlier and head up through Swallownest / Ulley and get to Rotherham that way.

Last time there were motorway closures was against Wigan last season and i made the mistake of going to the Eco the main route down Balby Road and got stuck in traffic for ages so i don't go that way anymore.

Anyone have any issues today?

Traffic gridlocked around parkgate / herringthorpe area of Rovrum and got stuck in a queue of traffic to join main road at Wadworth village but other than that not as bad as expected.
