For those on certain benefits.

The social tariff arrangements:

Ofcom gives details of those signed up at the moment;
https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/social-tariffs

Others will have their arms twisted to join in.

Yes a great set up ... and great for the whole Country

They are now I think the most PC literate Country ( maybe with Latvia and Lithuania).

One thing I found was true ... The reviews I read said be prepared if you go in Bars Pubs etc because you won't get much conversation as there will just be a "sea" of Laptop lids .... and that proved right.
