but should he also have resigned after misleading us that he was on the way to being bald ?

alternatively who was he trying to kid by shaving his hair off to give the image of a powerful  people.

I can never understand why men do this trick we know Scots and Yorkshire men are tight - and like to save a few sheckels on haircut but surely a haircut can't be that dear .
