It looks like exactly the same thing will happen on Saturday, as happened with the Harrogate game. It's tipped to be below freezing in the very early hours of Saturday morning, and 0 degree at 9 am, about the time for a pitch inspection. In the afternoon, the temperature will be up to 4 or 5, followed by milder weather for the next few days.It looks like we're just going to miss out on the mild weather, just as we did for the Harrogate game.If it pans out like this, we're going to build up a backlog of Tuesday night games going forward.

It'll be interesting to see how many other teams in our league postpone their games tomorrow.
Harrogate game the whole week including day time was below freezing. If this one is off minus 1 at night we'd best start hoping for global warming

Only -3 last night and forecast -2 tonight. Temperature up to +5 today and +4 forecast tomorrow pm. Why are these covers not doing the job they should be doing. Surely what’s the point of covers if the don’t protect the pitch with those above temperatures. It’s not exactly arctic is it.
Games in Canada go ahead at minus 10.
There are currently 12 free Tuesdays between now and the end of the season. 2 games to be re-arranged leaving 10 free Tuesdays to slot in any other re-arranged matchesCOYR

Last thing we need is a fixture pileup ! Financially clubs loose too much money through postponements . A change of thinking on Fixtures dates with a pre arranged continuity date set aside if postponements happen either the next day ( Sunday) or midweek , So everyone knows what would be the next available date prior to the postponed match . Just a thought
