What’s happened to Biggins?

It’s for one of two reasons,

1) he’s gonna be going out on loan to a team in a higher league, looking at FC uniteds twitter, they’re fans liked him and were sad to see him go.

2) Biggins injury is worse than first feared so he’s been recalled to add a bit more cover in midfield, could be wrong but I don’t think we are able to recall Ravenhill because he’s not been out on loan long enough.

If it is the second one it could be a case of Degruchy coming back to add cover until the end of Ravenhills month loan and then either Biggins is back so both go back out or one of them stays.

we did need another midfielder but only if it was the right player, I’d rather us not sign another and then have Ravenhill and Degruchy as cover if needed than bring him a midfielder that doesn’t suit the way we play and is a wasted signing then there would be ppl saying why we brought him in when he’s sat on the bench every week when we’ve got young lads like Ravenhill and Degruchy out on loan. I do think there’s a couple of free agents tho that would be good signings for us DS and Copps know more than me.

Jack degeuchy is a completely different type of player to Biggins, if he is going play centre midfield we’re in trouble

Close, Lakin, Rowe and Ravenhill can all do a job in centre mid, the bits I've seen of Degruchy he's a wing-back type and pretty slight - not made up for the rough and tumble of centre mid I would say!

Biggins is a big miss for me, been steady if not outstanding all year, and has a goal threat from distance and free-kicks.

DFP says he's touch and go if he plays tonight, so we will have to wait for the team announcement.

Probably won't see him for the next six months then.
