Is the manager sucking the life out of

The players, the club and us, with his tactics? One shot on target against a side desperately trying to just stay up.
Some of his decisions make no sense at all. Why would you play one of your top players at left back or centre half(Rowe), when we need quality and craft in midfield.

Why continue with one up front if it isn’t working. When you put your possible line ups on here, thinking this is what I would pick, you just know he’s not adaptable so you put three at the back.
By not playing two up top it invites pressure back onto our midfield which isn’t great. Which in turn overwhelms the back line.
We can’t hold onto the ball up top. We can’t string enough passes together to play how he wants to.

I wanted a manager in that had a way of playing. That had an idea what he wanted from each position. I think he does know what he wants but maybe communication isn’t working because the players aren’t playing for him.
These players under another manager I feel would be doing more.
We’ve now had two managers in succession that suck the enjoyment and life out of the whole place.

The players don’t look like they are enjoying their game. They look heavily restricted. There is no fluency in the team. No chance taking. We have potential players that should be ripping this league up. They are playing well within themselves.
Really disappointing the way it’s going.

Another season near enough written off. For me if I thought the board could get it right I would suggest an experienced manager being appointed. We all know it will never happen, always inexperienced young managers prepared to accept a low budget to work with.

The players are being allowed to just coast along, there is no accountability in the club, no-one seems bothered. There is no one making sure they don't rest on their laurels. We need a Sgt Major type character in charge who will let players know in no uncertain terms that their current performances are a disgrace and that their lackadaisical, weak attitudes will not be tolerated! Sticking with Schofield and dare I say it Copps will only end up with us languishing at the foot of the lge 2 table or even worse!

The head of football position was created as a buffer to deflect criticism from the board. We didn’t need one, we needed a proper manager who could build a team and do the simple things like pick players in their positions. Absolute madness from the board at the top to the manager, HOF, and the players. We are on an unstoppable path at the minute, due to the leadership of an incompetent board.
