I don’t want you to bite CBCB, I haven’t particularly had a look to be honest, but a lot of clubs seem to be recruiting from that area of our isles.

This. We all remember Rigo eating b*llocks after Wellens signed, it was that unexpected. Launching a crowd funder to sign Sharp because he seemed out of our reach. There's been situations where it hasn't worked out (Cameron John, Harry Forrester) and Molyneux was as close as it's got to that recently. But the excitement of a proven quantity (Look at the tone change across social media when Schofield was in to now with the optimism of McCann coming back) is needed after the last few years.
