Since Chris Hughton was appointed Birmingham manager on 22nd June 2011, they have had 15 different managers (including 3 caretakers). The longest serving manager in that timeframe is Lee Clark who was there between 26th June 2012 and 20th December 2014 (116 games). Only one other manager got past 100 games in charge, that was Gary Rowett between 27th October 2014 and 14th December 2016 (106 games).

Since Sean Dyche was appointed in the same month as Hughton at Birmingham, Watford have had 22 managers (including Hayden Mullins’ 2 stints as caretaker). The most games managed by one person in that timeframe is Gianfranco Zola with 75 games in charge between July 2012 and December 2013. Only 1 other manager got past 50 games in charge, Javi Garcia with 66 between January 2018 and September 2019. 7 of the 20 permanent managers in that period didn’t make 20 games.

That's alot of compensation paid between them!

I wonder what percentage of current mangers in the 4 divisions have more than 100 games under their belt ? I'll guess around 10%.

Well over half of the 92 have been in the job for less than a year.

I went to their opener against Notts County in their hospitality bit, he came in for a chat and was a nice lad.

Think that’s 5 in the last 18 month or so if you include the lady who got it for publicity
