No great surprise and I suspect most supporters predicted it. As already said in another thread, Sotona’s return mid-January couldn’t be better timing.

Let’s just see where GM sees our priorities, but imho, another physical presence in centre midfield is long overdue!

Hopefully, Faal stays with us, but if not, 2 strikers will be required (one of which could be signing on Wednesday).

Feels like it will be a hand full of young loans/ development players. Keeping our powder dry until the summer maybe? Getting players out this window would be a bonus as well if possible. Our squad is huge.

Absent decent money, does real talent become available in January? Much better to take in some talented young lads to fill the gaps this window, plan properly for the summer when the market is bigger and our squad will be smaller given huge numbers of players OOC this summer.
