Lo Tutala

Was impressed with his quick one handed throw to the half way line which nearly came off. Maybe we should get him taking throw ins!!!

You could hear him from the West Stand booming out instructions when the ball was on the half way line!

He’s always on his toes defending corners & I loved the one as the game was in added on time that he dived through a crowd of players to punch clear.

Another loanee (along with Adelakun) that I’d love us to be able to sign on a permanent for next season.

You could tell he was a leader from first game he played, at Sutton in second half Bailey gave ball away in a dangerous area and he absolutely laid into him. If he's willing to do that when he's just walked through door and doesn't know the lads he's going to be a strong character.

Wood was talking those around him through the game as well heard him telling both Maxwell & Bailey at times to attack the high ball while he swept up behind, simple things like this have been lacking for most of the season.

He has been a breath of fresh air for us.
No disrespect to Louis Jones but the difference has been huge.

I have been saying all season how quiet Louis is and this guy is chalk and cheese in that respect.
He dominates not only his 6 yd box but the whole penalty area.
When the defenders know the keeper will come off his line for the ball it makes their job so much easier.
I don’t know if we will be able to get him next season but crikey what a signing he would be for us.
He looks a keeper who would be comfortable playing in the Championship to me. If Hull have 2 keepers they think are better than him then they are very fortunate.

Exactly what we needed, I posted a while ago that we needed a keeper who could help marshal the defence. Looking back how good was that January window

I hope that observing how Lo Tutala does his job will illustrate to those who would spring to the defence of Louis J what a difference a decent goalkeeper can make. LJ’s development was at a high cost in the “goals against” column which we probably could not have afforded to carry to the end of this season.  A goalkeeper has to be a commanding figure in the defence.

The back line has looked so much more organised with him, Wood and Anderson all communicating very well. Very rarely now we drop too deep as it's clear they are more confident with this keeper behind them totally commanding his box, tidying up everything that comes his way. So far his decision making has been top notch. He's going to have a good career ahead of him.

Love watching him, but he gets me a bit jumpy when he entices the forward in when he puts the ball on the ground.
I burst out laughing when he did his Superman impression to punch the ball clear 2nd half bloke sat next to me gave me a strange look.
I guess very.little chance of getting him next season but he has made a huge difference in our defence

Luck , money , better choices, clarity , less interference or a combination of all or some .Whatever the reason this January window has saved this and possibly the next few seasons
