Eeee, worra match that wor.

We were 3-1 up after 9 minutes and 5-3 up at half time. Previous home matche had been 6-1 against Exeter  next 2 were 3-6 against Wigan and 4-4 against Brentford. And we really did just play a straightforward 4-4-2.

And then Calendar and Look Leeds caught on and sent the cameras down from t'big city and what happened...

1-1 v Wrexham in the dullest game ever  :silly:

There were also 5-1 and 3-2 losses v Lincoln and Southend respectively early that season too.

Certainly saw some goals in them days.

I was a ball boy for that game, with the mighty Cantley Colts.
