On tonight's showing who would you think we look more like?

For me we are Barcelona!

In the first half I thought we were watching Arsenal Vs Doncaster Rovers. Then once Arsenal fought back I realised it was Barcelona

I personally rate Arsenal the best footballing side in the Prem. However, they were completely destroyed by Barca last night at their own game.

What an outstanding outfit Barca are. Arguably one of the greatest footballing teams ever. What amazed me most, was the work they did when they never had the ball, in order to get it back. Arsenal had nowhere to go, nobody to pass too. They surrounded every Arsenal player that was in possession of the ball with 2-3 players and then closed all options for any other pass. That meant every player doing that job too.

I think the lesson for any team in the world is do not try and out football Barca........the clue to beat them came when Theo came on. They probs not built to cope with something different or the alternative factor. Be that pace, a 1990's Mick McCarthey ROI Team. For me, either hit them with pace up front, to stop their full backs rampaging forward and give their defensive unit something to consider, instead of letting them have a training ground match.....or get 10 x 6'5\" outfield players and batter em to death.

Like I say, the alternative system seems the only way to trouble them IMO

The likely tie between Inter and Barca looks very tasty.

I think Mourinho will get the better of them though it may not be pretty. I get the feeling 'the translator' would take a great deal of satisfaction in putting Barcelona out.
