Norwich and Leeds will go up automatically. Both will be excellent additions to the Championship.Infact, I reckon Leeds could flourish in their new surroundings (presuming they go on to win promotion). In League One, they are the team that everyone wants to get one over on and every single game they have to deal with the \"cup final\" kind of mentality from the opposition. However, in the Championship, the pressure will be distributed more evenly amongst all teams in the division and the pressure of expectation from within their own fanbase may not be as great as what it is in League One, where they are expected to win every week. Therefore, they could be a dark horse to do reasonably well and surprise a few people next season. As for the play-offs, it really will be a lottery. Swindon (if they come up) would be favourites for relegation, as I don't think they have teh resources to make a huge impact on the Championship. Millwall may also struggle as well, despite being excellent in League One during the time Kenny Jackett has been at the New Den. Charlton would have the resources but have flattered to deceive all too often in recent times. At a guess, I'd say Millwall will win the play-offs but it'll be a close run thing.
