By the way, if he takes the days shift, you can do the afters shift that you enquired about. It will get you back to that £13/hr you've been missing......and I know I'm helping you out a bit, but you don't have to work a week in hand mate, well maybe the first few minutes, but then it's expected you use other parts of your body.
