Thank you for a response and I fully agree. I think the problem is with the stripes, I originally stuck to just Rovers Till We Die with the badge replacing the O, but with the stripes, you have to either make it small as I did so you can use corresponding colours, or make it bigger and have to use some colour like black which then looks tacky in my personal opinion.
So how about this?

For what it's worth (nothing), I really like two of them:  Rosso Rovers design, and particularly the Solidarity one. But even though DRFC may now be a progressive club, is it too cheeky to use that very distinctive style to conjure up thoughts which may compare the Rovers to Lech? The traditional one is nice, but I agree may be too boring.

I'm loving the Doncaster Solidarity design too. Really different.

I also don't like the sponsors logos on it for two reasons - it looks crap and it'll date the flag very quickly. As with the last big flag, I'll chuck something into the funds when the time is right.  Isn't it bloody annoying that we're having to do this again so soon though? Someone sat with the old flag is laughing their b*llocks off at us. I'd love to know their reasons for nicking the bloody thing...

Depending on what Snod has used to design it, and if he was happy for me too of course, I could probably get it added to the selection in the Viva Rovers clothing shop.

You can set the commission levels in there for each design. At the moment they're all at very low levels (because I'm nice like that), but could bump this one up a bit and send all commission to the VSC. Only downside is the commission takes a while to come through.

Plus side of doing it this way is the t-shirts are printed to order so you don't have to lay any money out up front, and aren't left with a pile of unsold t-shirts too.

if advertised with permission and used as a sticky think you could flog quite a few of these designs and raise funds for both sites,mind you wrong timing because i will be forking out a fortune in a couple of weeks when the new top is released..

It's not really any of my business and I don't want to step on any toes, so I'll leave it up to Rob/Gartom, if they have the time to comment on this.

The artwork would need vectorizing which would take me a few hours, but that's fine with me as long as it is worth it (i.e enough people are interested and are actually prepared to put in an order).

Maybe a good step Viva, is for you to post how much it will cost and work out the commission. Then if anyone is interested, they can send you a PM and then we can see if it is worth doing or not.
