Cheers Rob , think its a great way to bring in some extra cash for the club and if we can get even half of what some of the clubs get , it will be a great help to the club .

Well done , as Rob says it all helps both the club and you. I hope some /most of your local lads and lasses help you off to a good start.

just after i left school many years ago i was selling raffel
tickets for the battered wifes fund.

basically each ticket cost 20p and i would get 2p for every ticket i sold.

i worked up a weekly round in the cantley area, just by knocking
on front doors on thursday nites and selling the tickets, where
i would payout there and then upto a certian amount of winnings.was not long i had a weekly round of regulars every thursday nite after tea time and was selling close on 100 tickets, that was near enough £20 for us in me pocket,2-3 hours work tops which was good back in 1980.

all the money earnt went on the football on saturday
