They'll have a job distracting him from the division below.

He'll be fine. He's a United fan so he would've been desperate to score against Wednesday and they hate him. It was only a friendly, come Saturday he'll be back to his deadly best!!

I don't think he was distracted, I thought he was maybe trying a bit too hard to score against them. I had to laugh when the wendies were singing \"YOU FAT bas**rd\" at him, and then Mellor came on for them.

It was only a friendly! He seems the type to have a bit of banter and Saturday was an occasion he could get away with it. I wouldn't worry. And plus, you'd always rather have him with you than against you  :)

It didn't affect him against Wednesday last season when he scored one and set up the other two goals we scored against them.

Plus, not many other teams fans will get on his back as much as the Wednesday fans did.

I couldn't tell as much at home but away at Barnsley he got plenty and Scunny away he got some as the game wore on......then again he mullered both teams. In all honesty, I feel it inspires the chuff and he plays at 110% when he's getting a bit of stick. Feed him to the Lions (not Millwall), I say.
