SOD - Man Management skills

Everyone knows he is a tactical god but the players dont have love him and have no doubt when he does move on the rest of players will.

Ex bad boy Oster now someone who all the players look upto and SOD says great guy to have in the dressing room.

SOD is so bright at times understanding players strengths and personalities......Can not recall a single player he has fell out with...at least that hit the press !!!

Agreed. It was also nice to hear that ex-players such as Wellens and Shackell praise the club and say how much they enjoyed it here and working under SOD. However, keep it quiet! :P
