I agree with the original post having had a similar experience. If he had a Gary linker character he would be in the prem Much sooner have a John oster with attitude than say a nice Jason price.

\"Man shows reticence about talking to man he's never met before\" and it's been dragged out to two pages.

Hi,fair enough mate,Lots of players are less sociable with fans,it's part of football,Many of the players at the very top of the Premiership world are like it.They still have a job to do and if they are very good at it then there social life is usually unimportant except when it affects their work.

I thought we bought players for their playing ability not their personalities! They are entitled to private lives. We havent bought their souls.

He wasnt rude just like the rest of us wanting to get on with his life.

On the topic of troubling players while out and about,  two and a half weeks ago I was down at DRI helping Mrs 5minstogo to pop out our little un. Whilst wandering round the maternity ward wondering what the hell I was supposed to do with this little human I bumped into Sam Hird.

He looked at me, I looked at him and then I burst into a full interrogation about his performance, SOD's structures and the way forward for DRFC. (Ok that last bit may not have happened, we just left each other to it)

Four days later he played against Scunthorpe. If he had been getting as much sleep as me then he did well to even see a ball!

Tim Ryan was one of the funniest blokes that i've met, he was taking the piss out of Justin Jackson who he was out with about his high wages. While Jackson went to the bar, Tim said to me \"Don't ask him about his wages, he goes f**kin mad\"
Jackson comes back with their drinks and Tim says to him \"Ere Justin, this lad wants to know what you're earning\".
Jackson looks at me says \"f**k off you c**t\"
Me and Tim starts laughing at him and Jackson says again, but even more seriously \"Listen you prick, just f**k off and leave me alone\"
So I says \"f**k off yer self ya shit c**t, who the f**k do you think you are?\".
Much to the ammusement of Tim Ryan.

I miss bumping into Jacko in town. One night I saw him from afar at the cash point. Being a bit pissed I shouted, Jacko, Jacko and he came running over.  Couldn't get away from him going on and on about how he was better than how he was playing at that time.  Always avoided him after that.  He couldn't have natter!

I saw Brian Stock at the Frenchgate last Christmas in the car park, he was queing to pay for his ticket with his wife and kid, i was in front of him in the que and i kept looking back think he noticed me looking, after i payed for my ticket walking back past the que i made eye contact with him and he spoke to me first and just said alright, i didnt make any conversation as he was with his family and just said you alright back, what a nice guy

Gi oer yer gret soft get. I'm filling up here.

I've got visions of the Theme From Love Story wafting across Waterdale. Or that new Robbie and Gary video.

Back to the original topic, it doesn't take too much looking into his past actions to come to the conclusion that Oster is a magnificent player and a bell end of the first order. Stick to being entertained by him on the pitch. Me, I'd rather go out for a pint with George Osbourne than get matey with a bloke with a history like Oster's.

Oster has a bit of a reputation and tends to be very 'friendly' with the ladies and gives little time to blokes.

He lifted up a girls skirt in Donny once to her shock an horror, and he cam out with the old \"Do you know who I am?\"

Hhe did the same thing to my girlfriend in Sheffiled on a night out. Arsehole.
